CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will <br />meet in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 8:20 P.M. on June 30, 1981, to <br />consider the proposed street seal coating on the following street in the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> The street is located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, <br />Township 32 North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />and said street is specifically named as follows: <br /> <br />State Highway No. 47 Service Road lying west of State <br />Highway Ne. 47 between the line of 152nd Avenue N.W. <br />and approximately 165 feet south of 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting <br />on the described street. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $1,490. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: June lO, 1981 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
