CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will <br />meet in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 9:00 P.M. on June 30, 1981, to <br />consider the proposed street seal coating on the following streets in <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> The streets are located in the North Half of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 24, Range 25 West, Township 32 North, City of Ramsey, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota and said streets are specifically named as <br />follow~: <br /> <br /> a) 155th Lane N.W. west to its end at the cul de <br /> sac and east to its end. <br /> <br /> b) 156th Lane N.W. between the line of St. Francis <br /> Blvd. (State Highway #47) and east to the line of <br /> Reilley Estates 3rd Addition. <br /> <br /> c) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of 155th <br /> Lane N.W. and 156th Lane N.W. <br /> d) Barium Street N.W. between the north line of <br /> Halland Acres and north to the cul de sac <br /> e) Cobalt Street N.W. between the line of Barium <br /> Street N.W. and approximately 200 feet north of <br /> 156th Lane N.W. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting <br /> on the above described streets. <br /> The estimated cost of such improvement is $15,905. <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br /> posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
