CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will <br />meet in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 9:10 P.M. on June 30, 1981, to <br />consider the proposed street seal coating on the following streets in <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> The streets are located in the East half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 24, Range 25 West, Township 32 North, City of Ramsey, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota and said streets are specifically named as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> a) 151st Avenue N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge <br /> N.W. west to its end. <br /> <br /> b) 152nd Avenue N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge <br /> N.W. west to its end. <br /> <br />c) Juniper Ridge Drive between the line of Salish <br />Street N.W. south to its end. <br /> <br />d) Salish Street N.W. between the line of Juniper <br />Drive N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting <br />on the above described streets. <br /> <br /> The estimated cost of such improvement is $6,965. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
