CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will <br />meet in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 9:20 P.M. on June 30, 1981, to <br />consider the proposed street seal coating on the following streets in <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> The streets are located in the North Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 24, Township 32 North, Range 25 West and the South <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 32 North, Range 25, <br />West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota and said streets are speci- <br />ficially named as follows: <br /> <br /> a) 156th Lane N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge <br /> Drive and the east line of Woodland Green Estates <br /> <br />b) Juniper Ridge Drive from approximately 400 feet <br />north of 156th Lane N.W. south and east to its end. <br /> <br />c) Waco Street N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge <br />Drive south to its end. <br /> <br /> d) Salish Street N.W. between the line of Juniper <br /> Ridge Drive south to its end. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting <br />on the above described streets. <br /> <br /> The estimated cost of such improvement is $8,835. <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: June 10, 1981 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
