CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WliOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will <br />meet in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 9:40 P.M. on June 30, 1981, to <br />consider the proposed street seal coating on the following streets in <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> The streets are located in the area of Flintwood Hills in <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township <br />32, Range 25 West and the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, City <br />of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota and said streets are specifically <br />named as follows: <br /> <br />a) 140th Lane N.W. between the line of Germanium <br />Street N.W. and Fluorine Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west line of <br />Flintwood Hills east to its end. <br /> <br />c) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of <br />Industry Avenue N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />d) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of <br />140th Lane N.W. north to its end. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting <br />on the above described streets. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $10,200. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: June 10, 1981 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
