CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will <br />meet in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 9:50 P.M. on June 30, 1981, to <br />consider the proposed street seal coating on the following streets in <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> The streets are located in the Southwest Quarter of the North- <br />east Quarter of Section~34, Range 25 West, Township 32 North, City of <br />Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota and said streets are specifically named <br />as follows: <br /> a) 137th Avenue N.W. between the line of Dolomite <br /> Street west to its end. <br /> <br /> b) 138th Avenue N.W. between the line of Feldspar <br /> Street N.W. east to its end. <br /> <br /> c) Ebony Street N.W. between the line of 137th Avenue <br /> N.W. and 138th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> d) Dolomite Street N.W. between the line of 137th <br /> Avenue and U.S. Highway No. 10 & 169. <br /> e) Feldspar Street N.W. between the line of 138th <br /> Avenue N.W. and U.S. Highway No. 10 & 169. <br /> The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting <br /> on the above described streets. <br /> The estimated cost of such improvement is $12,750. <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br /> posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
