Schnelle <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br />Ramsey City Hall <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Dear Lloyd: <br /> <br /> In regard to your letter about the cost of the streets in Riverside West <br />Division, it is my opinion that I am totally against this expenditure at this <br />time. <br /> <br /> With the proposal of sewer and possibly water which is shortly forthcoming, <br />it seems like a total waste to resurface the streets. <br /> <br /> I have talked with my neighbors and other land owners which will be <br />affected and of the owners I contacted, they all expressed a total negative <br />view of this situation. <br /> <br /> The streets in their present condition are still in my opinion in <br />excellent shape. <br /> <br /> I have talked with Mr. Albert Bullick and we sat down and figured out . <br />what the cost should be for this resurfacing.
