{ IGID 170.074 DISTRICT APPLICATION 170.074. The Scenic River Land Use District of the Rum River, within the City of Ramsey, is hereby divided into two areas, in accordance with the Rum River Management Plan (6 MCAR H 1.2700 - 1.2720): The portion of the Scenic River Land Use District located within the 1990 Urban Area as defined and located in Chapter 170.01 of the City Code shall be classified as an Urban Area; and the remainder of the Scenic River Land Use District within the City of Ramsey shall be classified as a Rural Area. 170.074. The Scenic River Land Use District shall be shown on the Official Zoning Map, as shall the urban and rural area portions of the District contained therein. 170.074.3 The provisions of Minnesota Regulations NR 78 -84 shall apply within the Scenic River Land Use District, as specified in the Rum River Management Plan. Where the provisions of this ordinance or any other ordinance of the City of Ramsey are in conflict with the Management Plan for the Rum River, the Pies visions of the Rum River Management Plan shall apply. of Minnesota Regulations NR 78 -84 and the Management Plan for the Rum River shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk /Administrator. 170.05 USES. 170.075.1 Urban Area The Urban Area of the Scenic River Land stricts _ t rict is hereby designated the Urban Area Overlay 170.075.11 Permitted Uses are all permitted uses allowed and regu- lated by the applicable zoning district underlying the Urban Area Overlay District, as indicated on the Official Zoning Map of Ramsey, Minnesota, except that public roads, utility crossings, and all private and commercial recreation uses shall be Conditional Uses. applicable 170.075.12 Conditional Uses are all Conditional.Uses and app attached conditions allowed and regulated by the applic= able zoning district underlying the Urban Area Overlay District, as indicated on the Official Zoning Map of Ramsey, Minnesota. -6-
