The <br />complaintant further stated that your tenants have two dogs which are <br />creating a neighborhood nuisance. <br />You are advised that if you in fact have created aduplex in aasingle <br />family residential zone without a conditional use permit, y in <br />violation of the City of Ramsey's Ordinances which constitutes a mis— <br />demeanor and is subject to penalties thereof. <br />To avoid further <br />yoouctosdoeonelof the part o e t <br />shall be <br />fact in <br />necessary for y <br />violation of this ordinance: <br />1) Discontinue the use immediately and establish a time for <br />City Staff to inspect your residence to confirm that the use ha <br />discontinued. (This must be accomplished on or July 8, <br />2) Apply for a conditional use permit for those items of non <br />compliance and immediately allow for inspection of the prenlises to <br />determine compliance with the building code as it pertains to rental <br />property. <br />Please be advised that if the complaintant has provided us with in- <br />accurate information, it will only be necessary for us to inspect the <br />premises to confirm this. <br />Failure on your part to contact us prior to Wednesday, July 8, 1981, <br />will necessitate our turning this over to our attorney for his further <br />consideration. <br />r <br />
