Schnelle: <br />We have reviewed the site plan for the proposed Neighborhood Center located <br />on CSAH #5 between City Hall and the Dental Clinic. <br />The proposed layout is unacceptable with regard to access to CSAH #5. When <br />the site is complete there will be too many access points along this stretch <br />of highway. <br />We feel this site could better be developed with an east west orientation <br />of the building with par king then on the south side. (See sketch).
