Enclosure (D3 -e) contains the following <br />information for your review: <br />0 <br />a) City Code change that authorizes Council to grant <br />such permit <br />b) Application for special use permit to put up said <br />sign <br />c) Drawing of proposed sign <br />d) Insurance on sign <br />9 <br />CASE #7: <br />Comments: It has been requested that Mr. Kokette provide the <br />City with a photo of said sign for your review at the e located . <br />This is our first request for such a sign <br />on another person's property. <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve /disapprove of <br />his sign request. <br />FEE AND CALL FOR <br />It is requested that Council take action on the following items: <br />a) Architect Fee - It is requested that the architect fee <br />be increased from $1,000 to not exceed $1,500.
