TO: City Administrator <br />FROM: Merle Mevissen, Public Works Superintendent <br />RE: Foam -way Stop at 180th Avenue and Iodine Street <br />DATE: July 24, 1981 <br />I will need more time to see what the problem is at this <br />intersection and to take traffic counts.
