RESOLUTION #81- RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING FOR BIDS 1980, WHEREAS, pursuant to mot - Associates has prepared tion passed by the Council July re ared the architectural firm of Seiberlich an d Whipkey ecifications for the improvement of the lower floor of the plans and sp resented such plans and specifications Ramsey Municipal Center and has p to the Council for approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2) The Administrator /Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of • such improvement under such p lans and specifications da s, shall The advertisement shall be published for Y s pecify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator /Clerk until 12:00 y m on September 4, 1981, at which time they will be p opened in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center by the Building Official and architect, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Council at 8:00 p.m., September 8, 1981 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center and that no bid will be cons' dered unless sealed and filed with the cadmi istrator /Clerk and acommpanied by a cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the City of Ramsey for 5% of the amount of bid. seconded and upon vote being taken thereon, The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was Y the follow - by Councilmember �� ing voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of July 1981.
