Councilmember introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its a option: <br />RESOLUTION 081- <br />OF <br />ACCEPTING RESOLUTION PRICE QUOTES RECEIVED <br />COMPRESSOR ANDAWARDINGTHEQUOTE TOTHE LOWEST/ ESTUPRICE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to call for price quotes for the purchase <br />of an air compressor, the following price quotes were received by the <br />City of Ramsey: <br />• <br />Bidder <br />Make /Model <br />Price Quote <br />Sears 5 H.P. <br />- 17 CFM @ 175 PSI <br />$1,505.00 <br />National Bushing 5 H.P. <br />3 H.P. <br />- 15.8 CFM @ 175 PSI <br />- 9.9 CFM @ 175 PSI <br />$ <br />$ 1,967.00 <br />Cotten's 5 H.P. <br />3 H.P. <br />- 17.3 CFM @ 175 PSI <br />- 11.1 CFM @ 175 PSI <br />$3,080.00 <br />$2,425.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, it <br />appears that Sears, Anoka, <br />Minnesota had the <br />lowest price quote. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council accepted the price quote of Sears, Anoka, <br />Minnesota for the air compressor (5 H.P. 17 CFM @ 175 PSI, <br />80 gallon vertical tank) in the amount of $1,505.00, which <br />was the lowest price quote. <br />2) The City Council directed the City Administrator /Clerk to <br />inform all who submitted price quotes of their action. <br />• The motion for the adoption of the foregoing- resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of July, 1981 <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />P3 --A- <br />A inistrator Clerk <br />
