TO: City Administrator <br />FROM: Building Official <br />RE: Heritage Builders (Moved in House) <br />DATE: July 22, 1981 <br />7 Y <br />I have viewed the pictures of a dwelling presently located in the City of <br />Fridley that Heritage Builders wants to locate either in High Point, Lot 3 <br />or 1 Block 3 or Peltzers Addition Lot 2,3,4 or 5 Block 1. <br />The applicant has indicated he will be residing, reroofing and replacing . <br />the soffit and fascia. <br />It would be my recommendation that this request be approved contingent upon <br />the following: <br />1) That the contractor agrees to pay the $100.00 inspection fee. <br />2) That I shall inspect and approve the dwelling prior to its <br />being moved. <br />3) That the applicant will enter into an agreement in regards to <br />work to be done. <br />4) That the applicant will post bond in the amount of $5,000.00 <br />to guarantee compliance and completion within 120 days of <br />the issuance of the building permit. <br />5) That the applicant will acquire all building permits as if <br />the dwelling was new construction. <br />I will be available to make this inspection in the afternoon on Wednesday, <br />August 5, 19 <br />CRB:sb <br />T .3- <br />a <br />WE- <br />
