The City Council noted receipt of the reply by the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation. <br />Case #17: PRESENTATION OF PHASE I TO.WATER STUDY BY MR. <br />PETER RAATIKKA OF CONSULTING ENGINEERS <br />City Engineer Raatikka reviewed comprehensive water study <br />phase I recommending sand rock wells for the City of Ramsey. <br />Motion by Councilwoman Van Wagner and seconded by Councilman <br />Reimann to accept Phase I and proceed with Phase II.on the <br />water study. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes; Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman Van <br />Wagner, Councilman Reimann., Councilman Cox and Councilman <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br />Case #18: ADOPTING RESOLUTION ON CAB POSITION PAPER:. <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilwoman <br />Van Wagner to adopt resolution #.81- 65 (See resolution. file) <br />A joint resolution between.the CAB of Andover, Anoka, <br />Brooklyn Park, Champlin and Ramsey recommending the installation <br />of the CAB sanitary Sewer interceptor and abandoning. the Anoka. <br />waste water treatment plant. <br />Motion carried.
