Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg <br />to accept the feasibility studies and set public hearings <br />for July 28; 1981 for the Greenland Hills, Driscoll, Baugh, <br />173rd Street and 169th Street, Rhinestone, 153rd Lane and 154th <br />Lane areas. Resolutions #81 -71, #81 -72 and #81 -73 respectivel IA <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman Van <br />Wagner, Councilman Reimann, Councilman Cox and Councilman <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br />ADDENDUM TO D -3 COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br />Case #13: MR. WESLEY BULEN REGARDING THE DEVELOPMENT.OF LAND AT <br />167th AVE NW and HIGHWAY 47: <br />Mr. Wesley Bulen came before the Council to discuss the possibility <br />of a proposed golf course on his property. He wanted to get <br />the feeling of the Council. He would like to start out with <br />a 9 hole course and.possibly add another 9 holes later. He would <br />also like to thinly about putting up a- dance pavillion and facility <br />for meeting hall with a kitchen - in the future. The Council was <br />polled for opinion and was favorable for the golf course idea <br />and would prefer a public hearing for his other plans. <br />D -2 ADDENDUM TO.COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br />Case #20: GILBERTSON REGARDING GUY'S TRUCKING: <br />Councilwoman Van Wagner stated she is setting up a meeting <br />with Gilbertson and Guy's Trucking and will report back to. <br />the City Council after their meeting. <br />Case #19: CITY OF RAMSEY VERSUS STATE OF MINNESOTA REGARDING <br />STATE AID.: <br />• Motion by Councilwoman Van Wagner and seconded by Councilman <br />Cox to approve further investigation into Aid .lawsuit <br />with expenditures up to $500.00. <br />Motion carried, Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman Van <br />Wagner,. Councilman Reimann, Councilman Cox and Councilman <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br />Motion by Councilwoman Van.Wagner and seconded by Councilman <br />Reimann to approve payment of $410.00 to Mr. Pond. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman Van <br />Wagner, Councilman Reimann, Councilman Cox and Councilman <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilwoman <br />Van Wagner to approve payment of the bills in the sum of $142,334.15 <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman Van <br />Xagner, Councilman Reimann, Councilman Cox and Councilman <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br />C /June 23, 1981 <br />
