PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on <br />Tuesday, June 30, 1981 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br />Members Present: Mayor Gamec (7:00) <br />Councilwoman Van Wagner <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Cox (6:55) <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />• <br />Also Present: City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />Press: Eric Sandin <br />A special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was called <br />to order at 6:50 P.M., Tuesday, June 30, 1981. <br />I. Public Hearing - 6:50 Industrial Revenue Bond for <br />expansion of Super Bowl, Inc. <br />Richard Riley came before the Council to discuss plans for the <br />Super Bowl addition and Industrial. Revenue Bond. <br />No further comments. <br />Motion by Councilwoman.Van'Wagner and seconded by Councilman <br />Sorteberg to close the public hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Councilwoman Van Wagner, <br />Councilman Reimann and Councilman Sorteberg. Voting nos <br />None. (Gamec and Cox were not present) <br />7:52 P.M. - Meeting called to order. <br />Case #1.: ` Approval- of Industrial. R <br />for the <br />t .for: <br />Moti.on'by Councilwoman Van Wagner and seconded by Councilman <br />Sorteberg to adopt Resolution. #81 ; a resolution giving <br />preliminary approval to a project under the Municipal <br />Industrial Development Act, referring the proposal to <br />the commissioner of securities for approval and authorizing <br />the preparation of necessary documents <br />Motion carried.
