Resident, Irene Beberg, Rhinestone & 152nd, came before the Council and said she was in favor of the blacktopping however drainage is a problem. Resident Jack Menkveld, came before the Council and asked City Engineer Raatikka what the plans were for the service road. City Engineer Raatikka stated delete it at this time. Councilman Cox stated County Road 56 will not be on schedule. Citizen Bill Beandu (sp ?), 15220 Willemite, came before the Council and asked why isn't Willemite entirely proposed for blacktopping.
