Projections of the MWCC's Construction Fund cash flow indicate that <br />bond sale proceeds will be needed about January 1, 1982. <br />Therefore, the Committee will be asked to recommend a bond sale <br />resolution at its July 30 meeting. <br />f <br />Since the Council adopted the Water Quality Management Policy Plan <br />in March 1979, the MWCC has completed a number of studies funded <br />under Section 201 of the Clean Water Act. The purpose of the <br />studies was to evaluate the alternative for improvements to the <br />metropolitan disposal system identified by the Council in the Water <br />Quality Management Policy Plan (208 Plan). The resultant <br />amendments were presented to the Committee earlier this year, and <br />specific recommendations will be requested at the August 6 meeting. <br />The Development Program, to be discussed on August 13, will include <br />a description of each improvement planned for the next five years, <br />its need, alternatives, priority, environmental and social effects, <br />location,' function, estimated costs, manner of financing, sources <br />of revenue, estimated costs and revenues. <br />The MWCC Capital Budget, to be discussed on September 10 and 17, <br />contains capital cost estimates, sources of revenue and completion <br />schedules of those improvements to be acted upon during 1982. <br />NW:emp <br />07.01.81. <br />ep8704 <br />
