RE: Violation of the City Zoning Ordinance and Blight Ordinance <br />Dear Mr. Walentiny: <br />The City of Ramsey received a complaint about your residence in <br />regards to the number of cars you have parked there and also the <br />general maintenance of your yard. According to the City Zoning <br />Ordinance, you are authorized to have only one vehicle on your <br />place that doesn't have a current license. In view of the vio- <br />lation, the City of Ramsey is requesting that you comply with <br />the City Code within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter. <br />Failure on your part to correct the zoning and blight problem <br />within the above time frame .will cause the City to take appropriate <br />legal action on this matter. <br />If you have any questions on the above, please contact me.
