As i believe you are aware, <br />your above named insured was involved in a hit and run accident with a <br />Ramsey Police officer on the above date. As a result of thauired1tont, <br />the officer missed several days of work and overtime ratereQln addition, <br />obtain additional police service and pay a PERA <br />the City has had a workman's compensation claim and has had to pay <br />retirement benefits on the overtime police servi.ces <br />Because of your client's negligence, the City has incurred <br />the above expenses and therefore request that it receive reimbursement <br />• from your insurance company. The total overtime expense incurred by <br />the City including the employer's share of PERA is $2,569.49.
