Status of Subdivisions <br />A. <br />Flintwood Hills 1st Addition <br />No change from <br />last <br />report. <br />B. <br />Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition <br />Final plat approval <br />was granted at the <br />April 13, 1981 council meeting. <br />C. <br />Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd <br />Addition This <br />plat <br />is presently on hold. <br />D. <br />Pineview Estates Contractor <br />still working on <br />controlling ditch erosion.. <br />E. <br />Pondvale Estates Final plat <br />approval granted <br />for <br />Phase I at the February <br />24, 1981 council meeting. <br />F. Trott Brook Estates No change from last report. <br />G. Alpaca Estates No change from last report. <br />H. Meadowbrook Estates No change from last report. <br />I. Verndale Commercial Park Final plat approval was granted at the March 24, <br />1981 council meeting. <br />J. Hy -10 Ramsey Final plat approval was granted at the March 24, 1981 <br />10, council meeting. Developer presently.working on the grading. <br />2. 1980 Street Projects: Final estimates for these projects were approved at <br />the T ne 30, 1981 council meeting. Assessment hearings should be scheduled <br />for those projects not assessed. <br />3. 1981 Street Projects <br />A. Variolite Street Project complete. <br />B. Peltzer Addition No change from last report. <br />C. Bower's Drive: Public hearing to be continued July 28, 1981. Trees <br />expected to a removed for construction were marked on July 15, 1981. <br />D. Area North of Pineview Estates Presently working on plans and <br />specifications. <br />E. Ford Brook Estates Presently working on plans and specifications. <br />F. . Seal Coat Projects: Bids will be taken on July 28, 1981 and presented <br />at the council meeting. <br />
