TO: Whom It May Concern <br />FROM: Building Official <br />RE: Basement Finishing for Ramsey City Hall <br />DATE: July 1, 1981 <br />We have reviewed the plans of Seiberlich Whipkey and Associates <br />for the finishing of the basement in the City Hall and propose <br />the following changes: <br />1) Room #1 <br />a. Correct plans to indicate that the refrigerator, <br />range and microwave shall be included in the bid. <br />b. Correct plans to include cook -top grill if adequate <br />venting can be provided. <br />2) Room #2 <br />a. Provide a center soffit and room divider (folding) <br />similar to the one that is presently in the City <br />Council Chambers. <br />3) Rooms #2A, 3, 4, 5 <br />a. No change. <br />4) Room #6 <br />a. Carpet floor area. <br />b. Paint stairway thread and risers. <br />5) Rooms #7, 8, 9A, 9B <br />a. No change. <br />6) Room 010 <br />a. Eliminate room dividers. <br />b. If necessary for ease of eventual installation of <br />office areas, install electrical rough -ins. <br />7) Rooms #11, 12, 13 <br />a.
