Mr. Wentura states that the above animals are very docile, <br />which indicates they may be sick. <br />According to the nera media, the skunk population is really infected <br />this year with rabies. Consequently, the City of Ramsey would like <br />for your office to take whatever action is necessary in regards to <br />this request. <br />New Subject: Enclosed is a copy of the City Engineer's letter dated <br />June 18, 1981 regarding Well. No. #6. <br />.
