RE: Police Over -time Cost Resulting from Hit and Run Accident <br />Involving Officer David Gustafson <br />Dear Bill: <br />It is the City of Ramsey's intention to collect for all additional <br />costs that were involved with this hit and run accident that occurred <br />on April 26, 1981 at 10:30 p.m. on State Highway #47 and Coolidge <br />Street, Anoka, Minnesota. <br />The party - who was driving this automobile is a minor. The owner of the car <br />is Audrey A. Lund (Mother)•and the insurance company is Illinois <br />Farmer's Insurance (Agent - Dave Mason, Anoka /Coon Rapids Area Agent). <br />Enclosure #1 of this letter contains the City's overtime cost for <br />• which the City wants to be reimbursed, as we don't feel the tax payer. <br />should suffer this expenditure. <br />Please keep me informed on this issue. Secondly, we also want to <br />be assured that this won't affect our workman's Compensation Insurance <br />rate.
