ORDINANCE #80-9 <br /> CITY OF PJkMSEY <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />~ TO CHAPi'~{ 110.09 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE "B~;~;PIi~G OF ~ ANIMALS" <br />CHAPi'~ OF THE CITY COOE. <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 110.09 of the City <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />Code of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />S~CTION 1. AM~qDME~ <br /> <br />Section 110. 091 entitled "Prohibited Animals" shall be amanded to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />110.091 PROHIBIT~U ANIMALS W±T~DUT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br /> <br />None of the foll~ing animals shall be maintained on any parcel of land <br />in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />a. goats; =: <br />b. pigs; or <br />C. COWSv <br /> <br />except said animals may be allowed if the an/real owner and/or land owner <br />bas obtained frc~.the City Council a conditional ~se permit, which permit <br />specifically allows the keeping of said animals and under what conditions <br />the animals may be kept._ <br /> <br />The administrative procedure and criteria for granting or denying a condi- - <br />tionat use permit under this-Chapter shall-be as prescribed in Section :_. <br />170.])16 of the City Code which section is entitled, "Conditional Uses." <br /> <br />S]D31'iON 2. /~'kL-~IVE DATE <br /> <br />This ordinance beccmes effective upon its passage and publication according <br />to law. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council this 25th day of November, 1980. <br /> <br /> <br />
