This letter is intended to clarify the <br />status of that per. it for you and the city. <br /> <br />My under~tanding is that your feedZot is in violation of an <br />existlng city ordinance which prohibits an operation of that <br />type at your location. The Ulnnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />stair is awaiting a deter~inatton by the City on whether your <br />feedlot should be allowed to continue operation. Should the <br />City rule a;iainst your operation, there would be no need for a <br />Permit.
