Robert Nugent, <br />6165 Green Valley Road~ Anoka, ~Ainnesota. The reason being this office <br />visited their place on a zoning complaint and noted approximately 20 to <br />25 pigs loose in the front'yard. ~-lso noted there was a bad animal waste <br />odor at the Nugent place and further checking with the neighbors they had <br />reports of rat infestation. <br /> <br />Consequently it is requested that your office inspect the Nugent premises <br />for stock piling of animal waste and possible rat infestation. <br /> <br /> <br />
