52.8000 CITY OF R~EY To ~'~cm it ~y Concern: ACCEPTANCE Dated: ~trch 26, 1979 STATE OF ~ CO, CrY OF A~E)KA ~/fICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Ramsey, in the County of Anoka, and State of Minnesota, has accepted the delivery of a Quit claim Deed, a copy of said deed being attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and is by reference made a part hereof. That by the acceptance of the delivery of said deed, the city acknowledges that the property_ described in the deed shall be established as an easement for street and public utility purpo_ ses. That said acceptance of the easement for street and public utility purposes %~as taken by the City of Ramsey, County of Anoka, State of MJ_nnesot~, on August 15, 1978. A description of said easement for street and utility purposes is as follc~s: A permanent ease~aent for the construction, maintenance and use as a public roadway in, over and upon a strip of land, situated in Anoka County, Minnesota, sixty-siE (66) feet in width, being thirty-three (33) feet on each side of the following described line, to-wit: Cu~,~'~ncing at the ~rtheast corner of the ..Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southwest qF~arter (~'~ 1/4) of Section 3, Township 32, _Range 25, thence South along the East line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the South~st ~ter (S~'~ 1/4) a distance of 7.24 feet to the center- line of County Road No. 63, thence Souttm~sterly along said centerline of County Road No. 63 a distance of 347.0 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described, thence Northerly to a point on the ~Drth line of said ~.~Drtheast c~rter (~TE 1/4) of the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) distant 372.77 feet ?~s~ of the Northeast corner thereof and there terminating; subject to easements of record.
