You will have to nail down <br /> your proposed uses at this meeting. <br /> Council Action: Your action at this meeting will be to hold <br /> the hearing on your proposed uses. After you adjourn the public <br /> hearing you will have to have a Budget Hearing on the use of <br /> Revenue Sharing which will be held at your December, 1980 <br /> Council meeting. This is all according to the Federal law <br /> governing Revenue Sharing. <br /> <br /> CASE #2: CAMPAIGN SIGNS REIMBURSEMENTS: <br /> Council approval is needed to reimburse candidates who have a <br /> deposit with the City in regards to their campaign signs. <br /> Those who have not removed their signs, the City will be re- <br /> moving them. <br /> <br /> CASE #3: REQUEST FOR RE~,~URS~I~NT OF DEPOSIT FORMOBILE-HO~E; CASE OF <br /> ~R. THO~L~SPRI~US (16941 YTTRIU~STREET N.W.): <br /> Enclosure (D3-b) contains a memo from Building Inspector Berg <br /> along with the above persons letter requesting a refund of <br /> the $300 deposit. <br /> However, Jeanne has informed me the fire call to the Primus <br /> residence cost $810 and their insurance only paid $500 of this <br /> fire call. Consequently, we have a balance to the City for <br /> $31o. <br /> Council Action: They (Primus) w~nt their escrow refunded to <br /> them. However, they realize they o~e us $300. What does the <br /> Council want to do on this case. <br /> <br /> <br />
