The proposed changes are consistent with the City.'s Thoroughfare <br />Plan which was' prepared as a part of the Ramsey Comprehensive.Plan. <br />As indicated on the Annual Certification of Mileage the City's MSAS designations <br />are 1.66 miles under the maximum allowed. Therefore, the city requests to delete <br />segment 40 of MSAS Route 102 and segments 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 of MSAS <br />Route 103 for a total deleted mileage of 2.71 miles. The city also requests that <br />MSAS Routes 101 and 104 be revised and MSAS Routes 108 and 109 be added as shown <br />on the attached map. <br />The net change in mileage for all the proposed changes is an addition of 1.53 <br />miles. <br />Please review the proposed changes to Ramsey's MSAS System and let us know if they <br />meet with your approval.
