The people in the commercial areas are picking up the <br /> biggest part of the taxes and it isn't the residences that would hu~t but <br /> the commercial people_, The City is running their industrial people <br /> out. <br /> The budget would be finalized at the regular council meeting of <br /> November 10, 1980. <br /> Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to <br /> adjourn the special meeting. <br /> <br /> Motion ca, tied.
