■ <br />• <br />• <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meet <br />ing of the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard in <br />said City on Tuesday, October 28, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br />The following Councilmen were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />* * * <br />* * * <br />Councilperson <br />attached resolution, designated as follows, and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO A PROJECT <br />WITH ALAN C. PHILLIPS UNDER THE MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL <br />INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL <br />FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A REVENUE BOND TO FINANCE THE PROJECT, <br />AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL <br />OF SAID PROJECT TO THE COMMISSIONER OF SECURITIES OF THE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF <br />NECESSARY DOCUMENTS <br />The motion for the adoption of the attached resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilperson <br />and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against it: <br />* * * <br />introduced and read the <br />
