CASE #7: CASE #8: GOOD VALUE HOMES REQUEST FOR SPECIAL USE PEMAIT TO MANUFACTURE IN B ZONING: Enclosure (D3 -g) contains the following documentation on this case: a) Planning and Zoning minutes of September 2, 1980 where discussion only was held on this issue in regards to the B -1 zoning being a problem on Highway #10. However, Council at their meeting of October 20, 1980, directed the Planning and Zoning to review the zoning on Highway #10 and submit their recommendations to Council. b) Good Value Homes application for a special use permit to do manufacturing in a B -1 zoning area. c) Sketch of the building and lot where they will need the conditional use permit. d) Map showing location of site. e) Public hearing notice that was published on it. f) The Planning and Zoning Commission at their regular meeting of October 7, 1980, conducted the public hearing and received no negative report on the request. Accordingly, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended granting the Conditional Use Permit for manufacturing in the B -1 area. The Planning and Zoning minutes for October 7, 1980, should be available for 'Council at the meeting. Council Action: Your action will be to approve /disapprove of Good Value Homes request for Conditional Use Permit. Accord- ingly, if you grant the Conditional Use Permit you will also have to have the following documents fer a) Finding of fact as required by the City Code. Pleaseeferd- to enclosure (D3 -h) excerpt from the City Code covering the ing of fact regulation for conditional use permits. b) Agreement between Good Value Homes and the City of Ramsey spelling out the conditions of the Conditional Use Permit which would be in accordance with the City Code.
