The County Auditor,
as required by Sec. 282.07 of Minnesota Statutes, has
cancelled all taxes and special assessments and you should
make note in your records accordingly.
In further explanation, any further attempt to certify said
specials on these parcels is contrary to law. Any deferred
specials assessed prior to forfeiture but pro -rated out over a
number of years are also forfeited.
Any further certification on these parcels should give the
date of adoption of the assessment. This will allow the
Auditor to determine whether the assessment was adopted
before or after forfeiture.
Very truly yours',./K/tL
Charles R.
