PUBLIC HEARING <br />City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and g Hagen'trlattedhStr eteImprovementcPr ject a e <br />p8b-6c neOtog re14 regarding Hag s Un P Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />#80-6 on October 14, , 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 553 <br />Members Present: Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Cox <br />Mayor Cameo called the meeting to order at 8:45 P.M. <br />City Engineer Raatikka said this project involves the upgrading of streets <br />in Hagen's Unplatted development. <br />City Engineer Raatikka said the cost of the project are $92,750.00 for <br />construction, $11,760.0 for Engineering, Staking, Inspection costs, <br />$940.00 for fiscal and legal costs, $3,480.00 for administrative and <br />escrow expenses and $870.00 for miscellaneous expenses for a total <br />of $109,800.00. The costs is divided between 60 units for a total of <br />$1,830.0 per unit. <br />Following this hearing, the owner of any property -so- assessed -will have <br />thirty (30) days to pay the assessment without interest. <br />Mr. Marty Gilmark 9420 Ermine Blvd. <br />Mr. Gilmark said his property was specifically pointed out on the map <br />as a unit to be assessed as one unit and now he is being assessed for two <br />unit He said he was specifically told at the last meeting that he <br />would be assessed for one unit because there was only one building site. <br />Myor aafinding this <br />would <br />looked into. <br />bemade at said <br />the <br />October 28, 1980 meeting. <br />Mr. Ron Kramer 1 820 Halas Street N.W. <br />Mr. Kramer questioned whether his lot was buildable or not. <br />Mayor Gamec said on paper, it is buildable, but if it is looked into, <br />it is questionable. - <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br />Motion carried.
