City Attorney Goodrich said these requirements came from the Building In- <br />spector's report. <br />Mr. Nelson requests a variance on : :tem e that the driveways be shown as <br />fire lane. <br />Mayor Gamec said it's okay, but thu entrance areas need to be marked. The <br />wording, "which shall also be shows as driveway" will be added. <br />Mr. Nelson said they are asking th.tt the designated service driveway be <br />a permanent access, that the southerly be a permanent access and that the <br />northerly be a temporary access. <br />Councilman Cox said there are abou. 38 trains per day and they wouldn't <br />want that driveway stacked up becaise of the train traffic. <br />Mr. Nelson said they are asking fo, a variance by application to the City's <br />Board of Adjustment for approval o' (1) the two accesses onto Armstrong <br />Blvd. and (2) the gas pump location (closer than 50' to the right -of -way). <br />The Board of Adjustment is set for the 28th day of October, 1980. <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution #80- 135requiring that anyone who puts in a petroleum facility <br />also provide air for the public. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes -Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Nickelson and Cox. Voting no None. <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #80 -136 authorizing the agreement between the City of Ramsey <br />and Ralph Nissen and authorizing the Mayor to execute same <br />Motion carried. Voting yes -Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg; Reimann, <br />Nickelson and Cox. Voting no -None. Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #80 -136. <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #80 -137 authorizing the agreement between the City of Ramsey <br />and Gilbert Menkveld and Norman D. Holm and authorizing the Mayor to ex- <br />ecute same. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes -Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Nickelson and Cox. Voting no -None.
