Street Improvement Project 79 -2, Variolite Street: <br />No change on easements since last report. <br />2. Status of Subdivisions: <br />a. Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Developer waiting on resolving County <br />Ditch No. 43 problem before completing drainage ditch in this plat. <br />b. County vacate 2 the A portion of County Ditch NoCe431which� the <br />crosses <br />the plat. <br />c. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: No change from last month. <br />d. Pineview Estates: Project work completed with the exception of required <br />maintenance due to erosion. <br />e. Gateway North Ind. Park No. 2: Developer has completed the work on the <br />project with the exception of two culvert aprons and paving. Paving was <br />to be delayed until utilities are installed as decided by the City Council. <br />f. Oakridge Estates: N.D.H., Inc. is presently working on the project and <br />has installed the topsoil on the slopes. <br />g. Pondvale Estates: Developer will be resubmitting preliminary plat to <br />the Council on October 28, 1980. A copy of my report can be found <br />elsewhere in the agenda. <br />h Trott Brook Estates: <br />completion Odateo was September 1, 1980. <br />of paving the streets. <br />1980 <br />i. Pine Hills North: Project complete with the exception of some ditch <br />work and clean -up. The completion date on this project was September 30, <br />1980. <br />3. Air ort Stud : We are presently working on the topography for the General <br />weeks site <br />Project will be and control next <br />year . <br />4. 1980 Street Projects: <br />a. Projects 80 -1, 2, 3, 4, 6, & 8 have been completed with the exception <br />of final restoration and cleanup. <br />
