CC Regular Session 5.9. <br />Meeting Date: 03/ 14/2023 <br />By: Brian McCann, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #23-050 Approving a Development Agreement and Stormwater Maintenance Agreement at <br />6710 Highway 10 NW (Project No. 22-106) ;Case of Blue Line Collision <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to review a request from Reliable Auto Collision Experts (the "Applicant") for a <br />development agreement associated with a previously -approved Site Plan, Easement Vacation and Conditional <br />Use Permit (approved September 13, 2022). This is the standard last step in the development process. The Site <br />Plan, Easement Vacation, and Conditional Use Permit met all City Code requirements, and the attached <br />Development Agreement is based on the City's standard template, which has been reviewed by the City's <br />Attorney. The development agreement lays out fees, project costs, and financial sureties that the City will take in <br />order to ensure that the project is completed to City standards. <br />The project does propose a private stormwater pond along the eastern boundary of the Subject Property due to <br />additional impervious surface area for the automotive repair center. However, there are no public drainage and <br />utility easements around the pond.
