Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #23-042 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF "PARKSIDE TOWNHOMES" WHEREAS, Ramsey at COR, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Applicant," properly applied for Preliminary Plat approval of the following described properties located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 1-12, Block 2 Ramsey Town Center 7th Addition (the `Subject Property'); and WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat would replat Lots 1-12, Block 2 Ramsey Town Center 7th Addition; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan at its meeting on December 1, 2022 and directed the Applicant to proceed to the Preliminary Plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and reviewed the Preliminary Plat on February 23, 2023 and recommended approval of the project contingent upon the Applicant enhancing the exterior finish of the fronts and sides of buildings that face a public street with stone or brick. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval of "Parkside Townhomes" in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: a) Compliance with staff review comments, including architectural enhancements on the fronts and sides of buildings facing public roads; and b) Inclusion of a Street Light Plan, in accordance with the Master Lighting Plan found within The COR Design Framework, as part of the Final Plat submittal. c) Approval of the Stormwater Management Plan by the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent:
