Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-042 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br />OF "PARKSIDE TOWNHOMES" <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey at COR, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Applicant," properly applied for <br />Preliminary Plat approval of the following described properties located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lots 1-12, Block 2 Ramsey Town Center 7th Addition <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat would replat Lots 1-12, Block 2 Ramsey Town <br />Center 7th Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan at its meeting on December 1, <br />2022 and directed the Applicant to proceed to the Preliminary Plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and reviewed the Preliminary Plat <br />on February 23, 2023 and recommended approval of the project contingent upon the Applicant <br />enhancing the exterior finish of the fronts and sides of buildings that face a public street with stone or <br />brick. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval of "Parkside Townhomes" in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with staff review comments, including architectural enhancements on the fronts and <br />sides of buildings facing public roads; and <br />b) Inclusion of a Street Light Plan, in accordance with the Master Lighting Plan found within The <br />COR Design Framework, as part of the Final Plat submittal. <br />c) Approval of the Stormwater Management Plan by the Lower Rum River Watershed Management <br />Organization. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
