Recently, questions concerning the <br />timing of the construction of McKinley and Ebony Streets has factored into the <br />development of this lot. <br /> <br />Riverside Manufacturing - Currently discussing a 30,000 SF project on the former <br />Arnie Cox Property. Nothing new to report <br /> <br />Business Grand Openings:. None <br /> <br />Business Communication Initiatives: The Ramsey Business Appreciation Day will be held on <br />August 15th at The Links at Northfork. There is the potential of utilizing two courses it if it <br />determined necessary. Staff will be creating a committee to help identify how we could make <br />the event better. <br /> <br />Community Revitalization Proiects <br /> <br />6030 Bunker Lake Boulevard NW: The sale of Zero-Zone is complete and negotiations have <br />resumed. It is expected that the property will be sold outright for expansion of the company at a <br />later date. <br /> <br />14280 Sunfish Lake Blvd NW: Currently the City is looking at dedicating a portion of this site <br />for part of a comprehensive drainage plan. The area of the site will be between 1 and 2 acres. <br />There is no updated information for the details of the drainage plan. This site is being considered <br />for Riverside Manufacturing. Staff has been contacted by many builders and it appears that <br />Riverside will be making a decision their builder soon. <br /> <br />5175 142nd Avenue NW: Staff received an inquiry about developing the site for a multi-tenant <br />office building. More information to come... <br /> <br />14050 Basalt Street: The City of Ramsey acquired the property known as Saint Paul Terminals <br />on the 16th of November. Staffhas been contacted by Ace Solid Waste to develop the site. A <br />bid package is currently being put together for the demolition of that building and it is <br />anticipated that demolition will begin in the next month.
