More than one bluffline may be encountered proceeding 8 landward from the river. See Figures 1 and 2. 9 Bluff, toe of. A line along the bottom of a bluff, requiring field verification, such that the slope above the 10 line exceeds 18 percent and the slope below the line is 18 percent or less, measured over a 11 horizontal distance of 25 feet. See Figures 1 and 2. 12 Bluff, top of. A line along the top of a bluff, requiring field verification, such that the slope below the line 13 exceeds 18 percent and the slope above the line is 18 percent or less, measured over a horizontal 14 distance of 25 feet. See Figures 1 and 2. 15 Boathouse means a structure designed or used solely for the storage of boats or boating equipment. 16 Boulevard means that part of the property not covered by sidewalk or other paving, lying between the 17 property line and the curb line of any street. In the absence of a curb, the curb line of a street shall 18 be deemed to be the edge of that portion of the public right-of-way maintained and open to the 19 use of the public for purposes of public travel. 20 Brewpub means a business operating as defined and regulated by Minn. Stats. Chapter 340A. 21 Buildable area.
