1 (C) Signatures of the applicant and property owner consenting to the application. <br />2 (D) The address and/or legal description of the subject site. <br />3 (E) The land use application type(s) being sought. <br />4 (F) A written narrative explaining the request. <br />5 (G) The applicant's and/or owner's designated representative's business name, address, telephone <br />6 number, and email address. <br />7 (H) Consent from the homeowner's association, if applicable. <br />8 <br />9 212 Information provided on plans <br />10 The information required for all land use application types generally consists of the following items, as <br />11 applicable to the application, and shall be submitted when applicable or requested by the zoning <br />12 administrator. Plans must be prepared in a standard engineering or architectural scale and be prepared <br />13 by a licensed surveyor, architect, and civil engineer, as applicable. All plans, with the exception of <br />14 architectural renderings, shall be in black, greyscale, and white. <br />15 (A) Existing Conditions. <br />16 (1) Affected parcel(s) legal description, dimensions, and area. <br />17 (2) Location of all existing significant trees, type, diameter, and which trees will be removed. <br />18 (3) Location of all existing structures on the site <br />19 {II) Location of all adjacent buildings located within 150 feet of thc exterior boundaries of thc <br />20 property in question. <br />21 (5) Existing elevation contours at two -foot intervals extending 100 feet outside of the property <br />22 boundary. <br />23 (6) Floodplain and wetland boundaries. <br />24 (6) Proposed Site Plan. <br />25 (1) Location of all buildings on parcels including both existing and proposed structures. <br />26 (2) Location and dimensions of vehicular circulation, curb cuts, driveways, drive aisles, and <br />27 number of existing and proposed parking spaces. <br />28 (3) Calculations of parking space requirements. <br />29 (4) Site plan details such as trash enclosures, etc. <br />30 (5) Setbacks of all buildings, parking areas, and driveways from all property lines <br />31 (6) Snow storage locations. <br />32 (C) Proposed Architectural Plans. <br />33 (1) Color architectural elevations with type and materials used in all exterior surfaces. <br />34 (2) Location and type of all proposed wall -mounted lights. <br />35 (3) Dimensions of proposed and existing structures. <br />36 (4) "Typical" floor plan and "typical" room plan. <br />37 (5) Preliminary Architectural Code Analysis. <br />38 (6) Screening plan of HVAC and other mechanical units. <br />39 (D) Grading plan. <br />40 (1) Proposed grading elevation contours at two -foot intervals and spot elevations extending <br />41 100 feet outside of the property boundary. <br />42 (2) Drainage configuration. <br />43 (3) Storm sewer catch basins, invert elevations, and storage areas. <br />44 (4) Proposed road profile. <br />45 (5) Storm water calculations. <br />46 (6) Floodplain and wetland boundaries. <br />47 (E) Tree Preservation Plan <br />48 (1) Location of all existing significant trees. <br />3 <br />
