Staff is <br />recommending that the number of building permits for this addition be limited to 16 until a <br />second paved ingress / egress is provided, either through future phase additions or through a <br />temporary paved connection. <br /> <br />Some minor revisions are required to the grading and utility plans, per the City Staff Review Letter. <br /> <br />The City Attorney has drafted a utilities agreement with the applicant regarding utility construction <br />to Brookfield Addition and Sweet Bay Ridge. The signing of this agreement is pending at the time of <br />the preparation of this case. Certificates of occupancy will not be issued until the City sanitary <br />sewer and watermain are fully functional, including permanent vehicular access to the lift station, <br /> <br />Park dedication requirements for the plat are being s~tisfied through a cash payment.
