SECTION 3 SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #06-__ has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of <br />the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #06- to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 <br />(Zoning and Subdivision of Land) Section 9.1-~-.02 (Accessory Structures) to: <br /> <br />· Adjust the square footage maximums for accessory space on parcels less than <br /> 2 acres in size. <br />· Adjust the parcel size categories for properties less than 2 acres in size to <br /> reflect a more equitable system 'for determining maximum allowable <br /> accessory structure space. <br />· Establish criteria for granting a Conditional Use Permit to exceed maximum <br /> accessory space. <br /> <br />SECTION 4 EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, <br />subject to City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the day of ,2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Introduction Date: <br />Posting Dates: <br />Adoption Date: <br />Publication Date: <br />Effective Date: <br /> <br />-183- <br /> <br /> <br />
