ORDINA~NCE NO. 06- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR UILITY PURPOSES IN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under th~ authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412:851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated utility easement is hereby yacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />Ail drainage and utility easements lying over, under and across Lot 1, Block 1, and <br />Outlot A, Ramsey Dental Clinic Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, as delineated and dedicated on said Ramsey Dental Clinic Addition. <br /> <br />Together with: <br /> <br />All drainage and utility easements lying over, under and across Lot 2, Block 1, Holaseks <br />Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, as delineated <br />and dedicated on said Holaseks Addition. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
