CASE # <br /> <br />ADOPT RESOLUTIONS AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF <br />CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION <br /> <br /> By: William IC Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As part of the First amendment to the Ramsey Town Center Addition Master Development <br />Agreement, the City entered into a Reconveyancing Agreement with RTC LLC. The <br />Reconveyancing Agreement was necessary to allow recording immediately of the Subject Property <br />to the City pending the platting of Ramsey Town Center 5th Addition. Ramsey Town Center 5th <br />Addition has now been recorded and the property conveyed to the City which is not a part of the <br />Ramsey Town Center 5th Addition needs to be reconveyed to RTC LLC. Because the property in <br />question is registered, a resolution is required to permit the [ecording.
