Project No. NH0010 (312) <br />City cost lump sum payment for T.H. I0 construction <br /> <br />Transmitted herewith in duplicate is the proposed agreement with the City of Ramsey. This agreement <br />provides for a lump sum payment to the State of'the City's share of the costs of the turn lane extension <br />construction to be performed along T.H. 10 at Sunfish Lake Boulevard and the reconstruction of <br />Ramsey Boulevard at T.H. 10 within the corporate City limits. The estimated cost of the agreement is <br />$472,754.05. <br /> <br />Kindly present this Agreement to the City Council for their approval and execution that includes <br />original signatures of the City Council authorized City officers on both copies of the Agreement. Also <br />required are two original copies of a resolution passed by the City Council authorizing its officers to <br />sign the agreement on its behalf.. A suggested form of such resolution is enclosed. <br /> <br />It is requested that the executed agreements (two originals) and the resolution (two original copies) be <br />forwarded to this office as soon ns possible. A copy will be returned to the County when fully <br />executed.
