89136 <br /> <br />ARTICLE III - BASIS OF PAYMENT BY THE CITY <br /> <br />Section A. SCHEDULE "I" <br />A Preliminary SCHEDULE "I" is attached and incorporated into this <br />Agreement. The Preliminary SCHEDULE "I" includes all anticipated <br />City cost participation construction items and the construction <br />engineering cost share covered under this Agreement, and is based on <br />engineer's estimated unit prices. <br /> <br />Section B. City Cost Participation Construction <br />The City shall, a~ the percentage ind~ated, participate in the. <br />following construction to be performed upon, along and adjacent to <br />Trunk Highway No. 10 at Ramsey Boulevard and at Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard within the corporate City limits under State Project <br />No's. 0202-80 and 0202-81 (T.H. 10=003). The construction includes <br />the City's proportionate share of item costs for mobilization, field <br />laboratory and traffic control. <br /> <br />100 Percent shall be the City's rate of cost paKticipaticn in <br />all of the Ramsey Boulevard construction and the extended turn <br />lane construction at Sunfish Lake Boulevard. The construction <br />includes, but is not limited to, those construction items as <br />tabulated on Sheets No. 3, No. 5 and No. 6 of the attached <br />Preliminary SCHEDULE "I" <br /> <br />26.25 Percent of $23,400.00 shall be the City's rate of cost <br />participation for the State Furnished Materials as shown on <br />Sheet No. 1 of the attached Preliminary SCHEDULE "I". <br /> <br /> 5 <br />-224- <br /> <br /> <br />
